Despite the significant differences between the new version of MIUI and previous modifications, the developer made a bias towards a logical and understandable interface in order to minimize the number of difficulties. Therefore, if the user has experience, there should be no problems when deleting applications. We clean the system
1. We get the developer mode on your device (google), then go to Settings / Advanced settings / For developers and turn on three levers:
- USB Debugging,
- Installation via USB,
- USB Debugging (Security Settings).
2. We install the driver, connect the smartphone so that the OS detects the device. Then we disconnect the cable.
3. Run the XiaomiADB program on behalf of the Administrator, connect the smart, press the button Debloater. Next, we guard the request on the smartphone screen for permission to install / uninstall applications / access to the system. 
4. A list of system programs appears, including pre-installed ones. I marked only those that I do not need. 
5. Zhmakay Uninstall! and wait in the log window for the words Done! . 
Please note: those programs that were previously removed will still be displayed in the list, but they will not be on the device, which the utility will report with the code Failure - not installed for 0 . Probably, this was fixed in new versions of the utility, I did not check it.
6. Click the button Reboot into System, wait for the android logo to appear at the bottom of the screen and disconnect the cable.

Miui 8.0, although different from its predecessors, the developers still tried to make its interface as intuitive as possible, and prevent the creation of such situations. Therefore, removing applications should not cause difficulties for advanced Android users.

Note:
if the application belongs to the system, then its removal by the above methods is impossible. To remove system applets, use superuser rights, which can be obtained without losing the warranty coverage of your smart equipment.
The Redmi 4x smartphone from the Chinese company Xiaomi pleases its owners with a sophisticated design, 5-inch display and high performance, but it has a long list of pre-installed applications. Method one

To disable the standard application, you need to launch the Activity Launcher and change the “Recent Activities” item to “All Activities” at the top of the screen.
After that, you need to go to the "Settings" section in Russian (not "Settings")
and select "All applications" (com.android.settings.applications.ManageApplications).
A list of applications installed on the device will open, including Google services.
By selecting an application, it can be disabled in the standard way, the same as in the Xiaomi Redmi menu. This will stop the program and remove its updates. In this way, you can disable any application.
The advantage of this method is that the program will not be removed from the source directory, and in case of an error, the application can be activated.
If you want to not only disable services, but also permanently get rid of them, then you must use the second method.
Method two
To completely remove the system applications of Xiaomi Redmi 4, you must have root rights and an unlocked bootloader. Changing system directories can lead to the loss of device performance and the need for flashing.
The official Xiaomi portal provides the function of unlocking the bootloader of any device. This requires a Mi Account. When filling out the request with the reason for unlocking, specify: To install localized firmware. Within 3 days the application will be considered.
After unlocking the bootloader, you must:
- Install the MiPhoneManager and MiFlashUnlock programs on the PC.
- Update your phone firmware to the latest weekly.
- Link device to Mi Account. To do this, select the "Device Information" item in the settings and click on "MIUI Version" 7 times - the developer menu will be unlocked. Then, in the "Advanced" section, select the "For Developer" item and enable factory unlock. When you go to "Mi Unlock Status", a window for adding an account will appear.
- Launch the MiFlashUnlock program using your Mi account.
- With the device turned off, hold down the power button and volume down until a hare appears (Fastboot mode). After that, connect the device to the PC and click "Unlock".
Installing TWRP for Redmi 4x:
- Install the latest version of TeamWin Recovery for your device on your PC.
- In Fastboot mode, connect the phone to the PC, run TWRP.bat and follow the instructions. After flashing, the device will reboot in TWRP mode.
- Go to the "Advanced" section, then "Tools" and select the "Disable Verify" item. If you skip this item, the device will not start and a flashing will be required.
Getting root rights:
- Download the latest version of SuperSU on your phone.
- Go to TeamWin recovery (with the smartphone turned off, hold down the power button and both volume buttons).
- In the "Install" section, select SuperSU and install. The phone will reboot several times and start with activated root rights, and the SuperSU application will appear on the desktop.
After that, you need to install a file manager with access to system files: Root Browser, ES Explorer, File Manager by Rhythm Software, etc. Before removing system programs, it is recommended to backup the system.
Complete removal of the application:
- From the "/system/app" directory, delete the folder of the unnecessary application with the .apk and .odex files.
- Delete the folder with updates from the "/data/app" section.
- Delete the cache from "/data/data".
What system applications can be removed
Removing unnecessary applications on Xiaomi will save mobile Internet traffic, space and RAM. But some system utilities cannot be deleted! These include: system clock, bootloaders, installers, drivers, interfaces, regular backup, system storage and explorer. Most of them are marked with Android icons.
Miui system applications that can be deleted: Chinese services (AlipayMsp, GameCenter, GuardProvider, MiShop), AntiSpam, live wallpapers (Galaxy4, HoloSpiralWallpaper, LiveWallpapers, VisualizationWallpapers), browsers, calendars, any Google apps, FM radio, players, notes , weather services (Weather, WeatherProvider). Removing them does not affect the integrity of the operating system.
A test menu will open, with which you can conduct a complete check of the smartphone.
After passing all the tests, you should back up the system.

Remove MIUI 7 system apps
I'm on my way system/app and get into the folder with the main system applications. This is where we will begin to get rid of those applications that, in my opinion, are not needed in the system.
The following are applications that are removed without consequences. I note that for each this list is individual and depends on whether you use xiaomi services or not, and also depends on the firmware version and localizations (multirom, xiaomi.eu, miui.su, miui.pro, author's solutions). I use xiaomi services so the list is pretty narrow. I'll also try to indicate which applications are present on different firmware versions.

CloudPrint2– Virtual Printer. I don’t need it and I don’t need it (7.1.2.0 - 7.1.3.0 is missing) - does not affect optimization.
Email– Pretty versatile mail app from Xiaomi. If you use it, then there is no point in getting rid of it. I do not need support for corporate mail, especially since I use another application, so I delete it. (on all firmware versions, some copyright exceptions) - does not affect optimization.
fast dormancy- This function, if I understand correctly, is used by cellular operators in Europe and Asia. You can read about technology on the Internet. After reading, I realized that my mobile operator does not support it. And it can also drain the battery quite a lot if there is no support from the operator. Definitely under the knife. (only observed xiaomi.eu and the latest version from multirom) - for optimization
Mi Link Service- A "useful" feature for devices from Xiaomi. Allows you to transfer files between devices from Xiaomi. Overkill for me. Removed. (Present on all versions, except for some copyright) - does not affect optimization.
PrintSpooler– printing. The same consideration as with other services from the "virtual printer". (Present on all versions, except for some copyright) - does not affect optimization.
QuickSearchBox- Quick search from Xiaomi, which appears when you swipe up from the bottom of the screen. I tried it and realized that it is a little crooked to use. Alternative to Google Now. Works great, clearly responds to the call. In short, I recommend. (Present on all versions, except for some copyright) - does not affect optimization.
StepsProvider– previous builds did not have this service. Possibly responsible for the pedometer. I don't understand why it was added. Removed. (Seen on 7.2.4.0 and 7.2.7.0 from xiaomi.eu) - for optimization
Stk- a service application from a mobile operator. MTS Belarus has few useful features in this application. I just deleted it, but it's better to freeze it in Titanium, otherwise, after a full reset to the factory settings, problems with determining the network may appear. (Present on all versions) – for optimization
updater– Firmware update via system app. Just many people ask "How to turn off incoming notifications about the appearance of a new version of the software." Delete and forget about it.
Note:
As for DEV firmware, this application cannot be deleted, otherwise the phone is blocked and asks for the username and password of the MI account. But after entering, it hung on the check. I set it up and realized that the browser is very fast. Flash support. I just replaced the version from xiaomi.eu with the version from firmware 7.1.2.0 from Viset (it got up without problems). Shell- Part of the MIUI shell, which stores summaries and logs of the shell, which are subsequently sent somewhere. Removed, tested, no problems found. (in the comments they report that after deletion, the developer mode does not work for them). Fine. In addition, I will say that removing this service helps get rid of Shell process, which hangs in memory and sometimes loads the processor quite heavily.

Weather, Weather Provider– Weather and weather server. The application is good, it differs from various editions (localizations). Suppose Multirom has a temperature graph made in the form of sinusoidal curves. Looks great. However, most often in the forecast, instead of the usual units for measuring wind speed and atmospheric pressure, there are km / h and Pa, respectively. Uninstall and install alternative Weather BZ. IMHO the best weather app. Looks familiar, fits perfectly into standard weather widgets, as well as custom themes and lock screens.
